Our vacation home, located in Kalkan-Kördere, is one of our luxurious villas with fantastic views and 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons. The living area of the villa welcomes you with comfortable furniture and the open American kitchen is fully equipped.
The main bathroom has a sauna with Jacuzzi and an indoor pool where you can relax your body and mind.
The pool & garden area of our protected villa is secluded from the outside and is especially recommended for conservative families and honeymooners.

Living area:
Sitting area, satellite TV (LCD), wifi, dining table for 6 people, air conditioning, guest toilet, access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, closet, dressing table, bedside table, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, jacuzzi, indoor pool, bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, closet, dressing table, bedside table, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Swimming pool (outside) dimensions: length: 10.00 m, width: 3.00 m, depth: 1.20 m.

Swimming pool (inside) dimensions: length: 5,00 m, width: 3,00 m, depth: 1,20 m.

The indoor swimming pool is heatable and is charged at 500 TL per week.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
