After you send us your desired villa, your arrival and departure dates, your contact and billing data, we will make the desired reservation.
After the reservation, a deposit of 35% of the rental price must be paid within 24 hours. The balance of your booking must be paid in cash at the latest on the day of arrival before the beginning of your stay, after conclusion of the rental agreement and handover of the villa/apartment.
After receiving your deposit we will send you a booking confirmation by fax or e-mail within 24 hours.
When the villa is handed over, an inventory of the inventory will be taken, the agreed deposit will be collected and returned to the tenant before departure after the inventory has been checked.
Arrival and departure times
On the day of arrival you can move into your accommodation from 15:00 p.m.. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the accommodation at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. The villa will be handed over by us.
We will be happy to help you with special requests regarding arrival and departure times.
Pool and garden maintenance, cleaning
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff in the morning hours. Should you have a technical problem during your holiday in the villa, this will be solved immediately. Replacement sheets and pillows are available in our villas.
If an additional cleaning of the villa during the stay is desired, the additional cleaning fee is 200,00 TL- 300,00 TL. Our prices are weekly prices (7 nights). Our prices include all additional costs such as final cleaning, electricity, pool and garden maintenance, water and gas. Tax is included.
Pets are not allowed in our villas unless otherwise stated.
Liability of the tenant
The tenant is obliged to use the accommodation, the furniture, objects, the pool, the garden furniture with care. The tenant is obliged to leave all taken over utensils clean in the same way. In the event of damage to the accommodation or furnishings, the tenant is obliged to inform KalkanVilla.org immediately. Any damage during the stay and loss of objects will be charged.
In addition, the tenant and fellow travellers are requested to observe the usual rules of conduct. Noise nuisance, loud music are to be omitted. The tenant and fellow travellers must comply with the laws and rules of conduct of the host country. Any illegal behaviour is prohibited. The person signing the contract is responsible for the proper and decent behavior of the group.
Only those named at the time of booking may use the accommodation. The maximum number of people staying in the house may not be exceeded. Children and babies are charged the same way.
The tenant confirms that the information provided is correct and complete. Our company is not liable for any problems caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the tenant.
Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, etc. during their stay.
KalkanVilla.de acts as an agent for the owner of the accommodation found on our website. Your contract is with KalkanVilla.de. This contract contains all the following conditions. By making a reservation, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the tenant) agrees to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Booking and payment
You can make your reservation at KalkanVilla.de using the reservation form on our website, by phone and/or e-mail.
The tenant must be at least 18 years of age and be entitled to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions for all persons named in the booking. By confirming the booking details with KalkanVilla.de, the tenant confirms that he/she is authorised and that all group members agree to be bound by the booking conditions.
The tenant is responsible for making all payments to KalkanVilla.de. As soon as you receive an invoice from KalkanVilla.de, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rent must be paid up front. The balance of your booking must be paid in cash at the latest on the day of arrival before the start of your stay in the accommodation. If the total amount has not been paid in full at the start of the journey, we will refrain from handing over the keys until the full amount has been paid. You can make your reservation using the reservation form on our website https://kalkanvilla.de. Bookings will be recorded as a reservation for two days until receipt of your deposit / full payment. If your payment is not received within two days, the reservation expires automatically.
Bookings made by people under the age of 18 are not valid. We reserve the right to refuse a booking giving without reason.
The rental fees indicated on our website are weekly (7 nights). The deposit can be paid via the credit card payment system or by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.
Cancellation and cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 30 days prior to departure, the deposit of 30% ( 30 per cent ) of the total amount will be retained. If you cancel your booking between 30 and 15 days prior to departure, we will charge you 50% (50 per cent) of the balance. If the cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 100% (100 per cent) of the balance.
If the total amount is paid in advance, 35% ( 35 percent ) of the total amount will be retained up to 30 days prior to departure. If you cancel your booking between 30 and 15 days prior to departure, we will charge you 67.5% ( 67.5 per cent ) of the total amount. If the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 100% ( 100 per cent ) of the total amount.
In the unlikely event that changes and cancellations need to be initiated by us, we will notify you as soon as possible and upon request we will attempt to arrange an alternative accommodation of a similar type, standard and location.
If no alternative accommodation is available or acceptable, we will refund all payments made, in full and under no other liability.
Arrival / departure
On the day of arrival you can move into your accommodation from 15:00 p.m.. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the accommodation at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If early departure is required, the KalkanVilla.de team must be notified 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to check the property and the items in it for any damage as soon as possible. If this is not possible until your departure due to the relatively short turnover times, we will refund the deposit you have paid after checking for damage within the shortest possible time using the method of payment you have requested.
If the tenant leaves the accommodation at his/her own request before the departure date, no refund will be made.
Number of guests using the property
Only the persons named at the time of booking may use the accommodation without prior agreement unless other prior arrangements are made. The maximum number of people staying in the house may not be exceeded. The owner has the right to cancel the rental without prior notice and without refund if the numbers are exceeded.
Cleaning / Maintenance and extra costs
Final cleaning is included in the total price. For a stay of more than 2 weeks the accommodation will be cleaned weekly and bed linen and towels will be changed. If the guest wishes additional cleaning, this will be charged at additional cost. We kindly ask you to grant our staff admission to the regular maintenance of the pool, garden and other facilities at the appropriate time. Electricity, water, gas, internet connection and the use of air conditioning are included in the prices unless otherwise stated on our website.
Pets / Smoking
Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in our villas/apartments. All our villas/apartments are smoke-free indoors.
The tenant must pay a security deposit before the start of the rental period. The amount varies depending on the property and will be communicated to you with the booking confirmation. The amount of the respective deposit can be found on our website in the villa description. The security deposit must be paid in cash at the latest on the day of arrival at your rental home. In the case of a early departure and/or in the case that a damage check prior to the departure departure of the guest is not possible, we will refund the deposit as soon as possible on the payment method of the guests choice. Damages exceeding the deposit amount are to be paid by the tenant. In case of non-payment we reserve the right to take legal action.
KalkanVilla.de is responsible for the punctual delivery of the accommodation to the tenant in a clean and ready for occupancy condition. In case of damage, non-functioning and/or missing equipment or objects after taking over the accommodation, the tenant is responsible to inform KalkanVilla.de immediately. KalkanVilla.de will inform the owner of the accommodation and ensure that any damage or lack of equipment will be repaired within 48 hours. The owner of the property is responsible for the removal of damage or missing of equipment. KalkanVilla.de is not liable for defects that were not reported in time. KalkanVilla.de is a mediator between the owner of the property and the tenant. Therefore the owner of the property is responsible for the removal of damage or missing of equipment. KalkanVilla.de is not liable for accidents, illnesses, injuries, drowning in the pool, death, theft, burglary and force majeure.
KalkanVilla.de is not responsible for any problems that may arise from a third party service. For example (travel to/from accommodation, shopping, food, drinks, entertainment, transportation, tours, travel, consultations).
Retroactive complaints for the duration of the stay are not refundable.
Liability of the tenant
The tenant is responsible to use the accommodation, the furniture, objects, the pool, the garden furniture with care. The tenant is responsible to leave all used utensils clean. On the day of departure, the garbage must be disposed of and the remaining crockery and cutlery washed. In cases where the accommodation is left more dirty than normal, KalkanVilla.de will charge a cleaning fee and deduct it from the deposit.
In the event of damage to the accommodation, the tenant is responsible to inform KalkanVilla.de immediately. Any damage during the stay and loss of property will be deducted from the deposit.
In addition, the tenant and fellow travellers are requested to observe the usual rules of conduct. Noise nuisance, loud music are not permitted. The tenant
and the fellow travellers must abide by the laws and rules of conduct of the host country.
The person signing the contract is responsible for the proper and decent behaviour of the group. If you or a member of the contract group does not comply with the general rules, the landlord and/or KalkanVilla.de may, at its discretion and without refund, ask you and the group to vacate the property.
The tenant is responsible to read and sign the rental agreement of KalkanVilla.de before handing over the keys; if he/she does not comply with this obligation, KalkanVilla.de will cancel the booking, retain all payments made so far and refuse entry to the property. The rental contract can be requested in advance.
In the event of force majeure, KalkanVilla.de may unilaterally terminate this contract without legal liability. War in the region or in the country, danger of war, riots, strikes, natural disasters, fires, terrorist threats, epidemics, technical problems in transportation, infrastructure and infrastructure works of municipalities or public institutions, which KalkanVilla.de cannot prevent. The bans of state authorities in the region and all incidents that are not foreseeable and develop outside our control are assessed in the context of force majeure.
The tenant must inform KalkanVilla.de immediately of any problems or defects in the accommodation. The subject of the complaint will be examined by KalkanVilla.de staff and the necessary measures will be taken immediately. KalkanVilla.de cannot be held responsible for any complaints and/or claims made after the end of the stay.
KalkanVilla.de never sells personal information of visitors, registered users and partners to third parties like personal data; name, address, telephone number, E-mail address.
KalkanVilla.de will use personal data to process the user profile within its own structure, conduct statistical studies and share with third parties only for the purpose of conducting these studies.
KalkanVilla.de undertakes to treat personal information as strictly confidential, to treat it as confidential, to protect all or part of the confidential information in the public domain or from unauthorized use, or to take the necessary measures to prevent its disclosure to third parties.
