Villa Lina is one of our view protected luxury villas in Kalkan-Islamlar with 3 bedrooms for up to 5 persons. The property is nestled in the nature and offers our peace seeking guests a perfect environment to relax.
The pool terrace and the garden of the villa are secluded and protected from prying eyes from the outside.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has; refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, electric kettle, dishes, pans, pots, cutlery, etc.

Living area: seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining set, shared toilet.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, closet, chest of drawers, dressing table, air-conditioning, Jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, closet, chest of drawers, air-conditioning, shared bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 3: One single bed, bedside table, bathroom and toilet are shared.

Pool dimensions: 11 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
