Villa Lapis is a luxury property with 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people, located in Kalkan Kalamar. All bedrooms of this villa offer a unique view. The outdoor terrace with large infinity pool , children’s pool , jacuzzi and many different seating arrangements , invites you to enjoy the great views of Kalkan Bay. For large groups there is the possibility to rent Villa Lapis and the neighboring villas Villa Shine, Villa Elmas, Villa Zaffre and Villa Pırlanta together.

Kitchen: the modern American kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven, kettle, water dispenser, gas stove, etc.

Living area: the living room with sea view stands out with its modern design and comfortable seating. Here you can expect a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning and a dining group. In addition, on this level there is a guest toilet and access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: there is a double bed, closet, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, TV and bathroom. The room is located on the ground floor and has an access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2: there is a double bed, a closet, a bedside table, a dressing table, air conditioning and a TV. There is a private bathroom. The room is located on the first floor and has a balcony.

Bedroom 3: two single beds, closet, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning and TV. There is a private bathroom. The room is located on the first floor and has a balcony.

Bedroom 4: double bed, closet, bedside table , dressing table, air conditioning and TV. There is a private bathroom. The room is located on the first floor and has a balcony.

Bedroom 5: double bed, closet, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning and TV. There is a private bathroom. The room is located on the roof floor and has access to the roof terrace.

Pool dimensions:
The swimming pool is 14,5 meters long, 5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Children’s pool and Jacuzzi:
4,5 meters x 3 meters, 20 cm deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
