Villa Tunç is one of our natural stone villas and built above Kalkan on a hillside. Even the approach to the property enchants guests with a breathtaking view.
The property is an oasis of tranquility where you can spend an unforgettable time with your family or friends. For larger families or groups, the neighboring villas, Villa Bakır and Villa Bronz can be rented together.

Kitchen: the spacious and bright American kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils etc.

Living area: the living room has a sofa set, a dining set for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Through large sliding doors you can access the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, closet, bathroom and toilet. Access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, closet, bathroom and WC. Balcony with sea view.

Bedroom 3: double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, closet, Jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. Balcony with sea view.

Pool dimensions: 8,5 mx 4,5 m, 1,50 m deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
