Our property is located in Kalkan-Kalamar and is a cool, contemporary, light-flooded luxury villa for up to 8 guests in a quiet but central location.
The holiday villa offers a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea, the offshore islands and the surrounding olive groves.

Open, modern American kitchen on pool level with dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, electric kettle etc.

Living room:
Sea and nature view, seating area, satellite TV (LCD), Play Station 3, W-Lan, air conditioning, dining table for 8 people, access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table and bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table and bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table and bathroom.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table and bathroom.

Dimensions of the pool: Length: 9.50 m, width: 3.50 m, depth: 1.65 m.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
