The spacious and stylish Villa Sabr is thoughtfully designed and has 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people. A light-flooded, spacious and open architecture make the stay in this villa a special experience. From all corners of the property you have spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. Kalkan’s popular restaurants, bars, shops and beach are about 20 minutes walk away.

Ground floor / Garden level:
On this level there are three spacious bedrooms with king size double beds and a twin bedroom. They all have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and a view of the garden. Each room has access to the terrace and garden with the beautiful plants that extend over the entire exterior of the villa. The terrace on this level has a whirlpool and you can reach the pool terrace on the first floor by stairs.

Living area on the first floor:
The property entrance is on this floor. An open plan living area occupies most of the first floor and includes a large comfortable lounge with an L-shaped sofa, a TV with many European channels, a CD player and a sound system. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and you can access the pool terrace via large sliding doors.

The 5th double bedroom on this floor offers access to the balcony covering the full width of the villa and sea views.

Outside area:
The terrace on the ground floor, the pool terrace on the first floor as well as the balconies offer pleasant possibilities to sit, relax and enjoy. An attractive planting on both levels is a pleasant feature of the outdoor area. The villa is designed to provide a seamless link between indoor and outdoor areas with large sliding glass doors. The result is a light-flooded living area that extends over the pool and dining terraces. On the first floor there is a terrace at the front of the property with a large pool with sunbeds, sunshades, rattan chairs, a dining table and chairs. Directly behind the dining area there is a large stone barbecue area with storage room.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
