Our Villa Patara Prince is located in a beautiful complex in Kalkan’s most popular location and has been extensively renovated in 2019. The vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms on two floors.
The property is set in a gorgeous garden close to the sea and swimming pools & restaurants. It has a large terrace with sea view, seating areas and a dining table.

Kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.

Living area: seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, guest toilet, access to the terrace.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet are shared.
Bedroom 3: 1 single bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet are shared.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
