Villa Ocean is located in Kalkan-Kalamar, close to the center and only four hundred meters from the sea. The unique view can be enjoyed from all rooms, balconies, the garden with private swimming pool and the roof terrace of the modern designed summer house. The property is specially designed for families of ten people and has five suites with sea views and a large private pool.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find an American kitchen, a living area with sea and nature views and one of the bedrooms. On the upper floors there are four more bedrooms and a roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and fantastic views of Kalkan Bay.

Kitchen: Large, spacious and modern American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

Living area: Sea and nature view, seating area, satellite TV (LCD), Wifi, air conditioning, dining area for 8 people, access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, sea and nature view, air conditioning, bathroom, access to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, sea and nature view, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony.
Bedroom 3: double bed, sea and nature view, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony.
Bedroom 4: double bed, sea and nature view, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony.
Bedroom 5: double bed, sea and nature view, air condition, bathroom, exit to the roof terrace with whirlpool.

Pool dimensions: width: 2,5 m, length: 10 m, depth: 1,65 m

Note: The villa has a heated swimming pool. The heating is subject to a charge and will be invoiced at TL 1.500 per week.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
