Villa Naz, located in Kalkan-Kalamar, has four bedrooms for up to eight people. Our summer residence promises you a comfortable and luxurious holiday. The sea is only 70 meters away from the accommodation. Outside you will find a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds and dining area.

On the ground floor there is a wonderful games room with air hockey, Playstation 4, table football and pro darts. You can also enjoy a table tennis table in the garden.

Living room: The kitchen, dining area and lounge merge in the spacious open plan living area.

Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped American kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc..

In total there are four bedrooms with bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds and bathrooms, in one of the bedrooms an additional Jacuzzi awaits you.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, hair dryer, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom
Bedroom 3:11 m x 5 m, Depth: 1,60 m 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom.

NOTE: Our villa is equipped with pool heating and underfloor heating. The pool heating is charged with TL 700 per week and the floor heating with TL 400 per week.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
