Villa Mirada 2 was built in 2019 in Kalamar and enchants with a fantastic view of Kalkan Bay. The large pool terrace offers a magnificent view and invites you to linger endlessly with its infinity pool. This contemporary luxury villa has 5 bedrooms, sleeps up to 10 people and is furnished with stylish furniture.
For larger groups, the neighbouring villas Villa Mirada 1 and/or Villa Mirada 3 can be rented if required.

Kitchen: American kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, access to the pool terrace.

Living area: The living room is located on the ground floor on the pool level and is equipped with TV, DVD player, seating area and shared toilet.

On the top floor there is a very large panoramic terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. This area also includes a seating area, table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and WC. Access to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

Swimming pool: width: 4 metres, length: 11 metres, depth: 1.65 metres. There is a shallow pool and a jacuzzi integrated into the main pool.

Garden: Dining table, seating area with pergola and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and parasols.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
