The spectacular 3-bedroom Villa Marvel with its stylish architecture is one of our finest holiday villas in the region. The property has magnificent views and is perched high on a hillside in Calamar.

Living room: In the living area with access to the pool terrace you will find plenty of comfortable seating as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player with many international satellite channels.

Kitchen: This area includes a cooking island, granite worktops and high quality integrated appliances such as a stainless steel oven, hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.

In addition to a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, there are also guest toilets on this floor.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, a balcony with a stunning sea view, a wardrobe, a bedside table, air conditioning and a bathroom.
Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, a balcony with a stunning sea view, a wardrobe, a bedside table, air conditioning and a bathroom.

Pool dimensions: 9 metres x 4.5 metres, 1.55 metres deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
