Our villa is located in Patara and was built in 2018 in the middle of a pine forest to charm nature lovers from all over the world. The villa is a modern accommodation made of stone and wood. The single-storey villa surrounded by green and blue has a beautiful large pool and a Jacuzzi on the pool terrace. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests in this beautiful accommodation. Here you can forget about time during romantic sunsets and unwind on the beach and in the ancient town of Patara….

Note: The last 4 km stretch to our villa is unpaved.

On the ground floor you will find a very spacious living-kitchen area, the terrace with an incomparable view of the sea and nature and a swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers, a shaded dining area and a BBQ.

Kitchen: Large, spacious and modern American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, electric kettle etc.

Swimming pool: measures 13.5 x 5 metres and is 1.60 metres deep. There is a Jacuzzi on the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom.
Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
