Our holiday home with a fantastic view over the bay of Kalkan is located in the Kördere region and is less than 10 minutes drive from the centre, beach, shopping and restaurants.
This modernly designed villa offers very spacious accommodation for up to eight people in four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with its own jacuzzi.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, etc., and a dining area for eight people.
In a separate room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Living room: Spacious and comfortable living, kitchen and dining area of 90 m² in total. The lounge has plenty of seating and a 50-inch smart TV and a DVD player with English, German, Russian and Turkish channels. There is also an electric fireplace.

Bedroom 1: Two single beds and access to the pool terrace. The bathroom has a whirlpool and a rain shower. The room size is 32 m² including the bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King-size double bed. The bathroom has a whirlpool and a rain shower. The room size is 32 m² including the bathroom. Balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 3: King-size double bed. If required the beds can be separated and converted into 2 single beds (100cmx200cm). The bathroom has a whirlpool and a rain shower. The large glass front offers a wonderful sea view. The room size is 32 m², including the bathroom.

Outside area of the villa : The large terrace has a swimming pool measuring 12 m x 5.25 m and is 1.5 m deep.
There is also a children’s pool (2.5 m x 3 m) and a jacuzzi (2.5 m x 2 m).

In the pergola with light and canopy there is a dining table and a sitting area with a view of Kalkan. The 70m² terrace offers a shady, comfortable seating area and a dining group. In addition, comfortable sun loungers and shady parasols await you.

In the garden behind the villa there is a playground with 2 swings and a slide tower built into the green area.

Car Park Floor / Games Room: Private parking is available for 2 cars. The games room section includes an American pool table, table tennis table and table football.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
