Our Villa Kuzey in Kalkan İslamlar was completed in 2019 and accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Our 2-story modern villa is located in the middle of nature and with its 13-meter pool it is a great option for honeymoon couples and for guests who prefer a view-protected villa.

Kitchen: American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining set, microwave, gas stove, oven, kettle, dishes, pans and pots, cutlery, etc.

Living area: the living area has a comfortable, high quality seating area, air conditioning, HD smart TV with satellite receiver, DVD player, ironing board and wifi. There is an access to the pool terrace and garden. In addition, there is a shared toilet on the first floor.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, whirlpool, bedside table, dressing table, closet, air conditioning, LCD TV, armchair, coffee table, treadmill and bathroom / WC.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, closet, air conditioning, LCD TV, armchair and bathroom / WC.

Pool dimensions: 13 meters x 4 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

Outside: In the garden is a private pool, 4 sunbeds and umbrellas, table tennis, dining set, a garden seating area, a hammock and a barbecue.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
