Our beautiful Villa Konak was opened in Kalkan-Islamlar in 2019 and is situated on a 3000 sqm wildly romantic plot. The property has three spacious en-suite bedrooms for up to six people.

This luxurious holiday villa has been stylishly designed by a renowned interior designer and furnished with exceptional objects. All in all, this house and the land belonging to it is a place of relaxation and absolute rest.

Kitchen: Luxurious, modern, comfortable and high quality kitchen concept with bar stools, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, toaster etc.

Living room: In the living area you will find a fantastic panoramic view of the nature, a tasteful design with modern and comfortable seating. Furthermore, this area has a dining table for 10 people, a TV, a satellite receiver and a sound system for spoiled ears. From here you can access the pool and terrace area through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Jacuzzi, LCD TV, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and WC.
The fully automatic large skylight above the bed allows you to admire the starry sky or, if you wish, to darken the incoming sun rays.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, LCD TV, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, LCD TV, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

Outdoor area:
Private garden, swimming pool, pavilion, seating area, dining area, sun loungers, parasols etc.

Pool dimensions: 10 metres x 10 metres, 1.55 metres deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
