Our villa Jamandutania has 4 bedrooms for up to 7 persons and spoils its guests with a fantastic view of the sea and the old town of Kalkan.
The property is located in the Kömürlük district and is only a 10-minute walk from the old town. The property is built entirely of natural stone and is ideal for conservative families due to its location and the tall trees.

Kitchen: Open-plan American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, etc.

Living room: seating area, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning, dining area for 6 people, access to pool terrace, shared bathroom.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, jacuzzi and bathroom-WC.
Bedroom 2: 1 single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and bathroom-WC (shared use).
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom-WC and balcony.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

Pool dimensions: Length: 14 m – Width: 5 m. – Depth: 1,40-2,00 m.
Note: The swimming pool is heatable on request and is charged at 800 TL (currently GBP 80) per week .

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
