Our holiday villa is located in Kalkan-Akbel and has 5 bedrooms with a capacity of up to 10 persons. In the villa with heated swimming pool you can spend a holiday away from the noise of the city with your large family or dear friends.
The living area has access to the pool terrace, is furnished in a modern style with a large seating area, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.
An American kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster etc. awaits you.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air-conditioning, TV, wardrobe, chests of drawers, dressing table, bathroom-WC and balcony.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bathroom-WC and balcony.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bathroom-WC and balcony.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bathroom-WC and balcony.
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bathroom-WC and balcony.
Dimensions of the pool:
Length: 10 m, width: 4,5 m, depth: 1,30 m, 1,70 m
Children’s pool: length: 3 m, width: 1 m, depth: 40 cm
Note: Our swimming pool is equipped with heating and is available for a fee of 1500 TL (currently approx. GBP 150.-) per week.
Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.
Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
If you need a transfer or a rental car, we are happy to help. Also for directions, we are at your disposal.
