Our holiday home is a luxury villa in the bay of Kalkan Kalamar, only 5 minutes walk from the sea. It was completed in 2019 and since then has been home to many happy guests. The villa offers a modern architecture and has two swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, games room and four bedrooms with sea views.
Living room:
In the open, spacious living area you will find comfortable seating, a large screen TV, an American kitchen for your private cooking pleasure and a dining area.
The ceiling-high glass doors allow the warm Mediterranean light to flow unhindered into the spacious living area and offer views of Kalkan Bay and the pool terrace.
Kitchen:
The large, spacious and modern open plan kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle etc.
Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony with sea and Kalkan view.
Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom, Jacuzzi, balcony with sea and Kalkan view.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air-conditioning, bathroom, balcony with sea and Kalkan view.
Bedroom 4: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom. ( This room has its own entrance ).
Swimming Pool: There are two swimming pools in the villa. The size of the outdoor pool is 8,5 m x 4 m. The indoor pool measures 6 m x 3 m.
Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.
Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
If you need a transfer or a rental car, we are happy to help. Also for directions, we are at your disposal.
