Our luxurious Villa Emir is located in Kalkan Kalamar and has been hosting many happy guests since its completion in 2019. The property offers ample space for up to 6 people in 3 en-suite bedrooms and has a private swimming pool.
For larger families or groups, it can be rented together with its twin villa Eliz. This increases the capacity to up to 12 people.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, gas stove, oven, toaster, dining set and access to the pool terrace.

Living room: in the living area of our villa you will find air conditioning, TV, seating area, coffee table, wifi and access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, closet, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, closet, dressing table, bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, closet, dressing table, bathroom.

Pool dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters, 1.60 meters deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
