Villa Elite is one of our new luxury villas in Kalkan-Ortaalan with breathtaking views and five bedrooms for 10 people. Villa Elite welcomes you with elegant furnishings and comfortable furniture to make you feel at home during your holiday. The property has a large swimming pool, a shallow swimming area and a Jacuzzi.
Living room: Modern living room with satellite TV, DVD, Internet, air conditioning, couch set, coffee table and access to the pool terrace.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils for up to 12 people.
Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, Jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony.
Bedroom 2: double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and bathroom.
Bedroom 4: double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, bathroom and balcony.
Bedroom 5: Double room in the basement, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, bathroom and balcony.
Exterior: The property has a private outdoor swimming pool, a shallow pool, a dining area, a sitting area and a barbecue.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.
Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
