Villa Elia

Villa Elia is one of our luxury villas with 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people. The property is located relatively central near the centre of Kalkan in the middle of olive trees. Villa Elia is one of four neighbouring villas of the same concept. These can be rented together as required to spend holidays with the large family and/or groups of friends.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, water dispenser, kettle, toaster, dining group etc.

Living room: The living room has a sitting area, a TV, air conditioning, a coffee table and a DVD player. There is also access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. This room is located on the pool level.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 4: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 5: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Pool dimensions: 10 metres x 5 metres, 1.55 metres deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
