Our villa Cape House is located directly on the sea and offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Kas. The property can accommodate up to ten people in five bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main building, the fifth bedroom is located on the pool level and has a separate entrance. The villa with private swimming pool is almost completely protected from prying eyes from the outside. Steps lead from the pool terrace to the private access to the sea.

Kitchen: modern American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser, oven, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, kettle, etc.

Living area: sea and nature view, dining set for 10 people, seating area, satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD player, WiFi, fireplace, air conditioning, guest toilet, iron, ironing board, access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: double bed, work desk, library, closet, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet. Access to the pool terrace and sea view.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, closet, air conditioning, bathroom, WC.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet.
Bedroom 4: double bed, whirlpool, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet. Access to the pool terrace and sea view.
Bedroom 5: this bedroom is located on the pool level, double bed, closet, bedside table, treadmill, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet.

Pool dimensions: 10 m x 4 m, depth: 1.4 m – 1.8 m.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
