Beautiful Villa Butterfly is one of our luxury villas and it was completed in July 2020. This house offers ample space for up to 4 people with a couple of nice extras, such as the Jacuzzi and the spacious outdoor area with fireplace. Wonderful views of the “island world of Kas “, open up from the rooms and the magnificent terrace. The property is located in a wonderfully quiet area of Kas, Bayindir. Perfect for those who want to really switch off. Here it can happen that you get no reception with your cell phone, because there is no base station in the area. However, there is 20 megabit internet speed…. “so not quite on the desert island!”. One of Kas’s  beautiful bathing bay ( Büyük Cakil) , is not far away.

Kitchen: American style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, oven, 4-stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, 4-person dishes, pans, pots, cutlery.

Living room: modern seating area, coffee table, TV (Netflix, Digitürk), TV set, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

On the first floor there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

1st bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, dressing table, Jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It has sea view and a balcony.
2nd bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, dressing table, bathroom and toilet. It has sea view and a balcony.

On request we can organize two single beds for our villa.

Pool dimensions: 8 m x 3 m, 1.60 m deep.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
