Villa Buse is located in Kalkan Ortaalan, has a great architecture, a large infinity pool, 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people. spacious sun terraces, ceiling-high windows with panoramic views and one of the most beautiful views of Kalkan Bay.
The lively old town of Kalkan with its restaurants, bars, shops and beach can be reached in 12 to 15 minutes by walk.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern American kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
Living room:The living area of our property has a wonderful sea view and is modern and tastefully decorated. Our lounge has a seating area, TV, DVD, air conditioning, fireplace and guest toilet.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, bathroom
Bedroom 2: double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, bathroom

Playroom: Pool table, table football, table tennis and treadmill.
Garden: The garden has a swimming pool with a children’s pool, a dining area, seating area, barbecue, deckchairs and parasols.
Pool: Infinity pool with Jacuzzi and a children’s pool. The pool dimensions are 10.5 m x 4.5 m, the depth is 1.5 m.
Garden and pool maintenance is carried out once a day by the staff.
Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.
Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
