Villa Au Soleil is a spacious 10 person villa with 5 bedrooms. The property was completed in 2019 and is located in the fine district of Kalamar. From all rooms of the property you will enjoy spectacular views of Kalamar and the bay of Kalkan.
The villa is tastefully furnished in vintage style and has a large infinity pool with an integrated Jacuzzi.

Kitchen: This area includes a cooking island unit, granite countertops and high quality integrated appliances such as a stainless steel oven, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.

In addition to a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, there are guest toilets on this floor.

Living room: In the living area with access to the pool terrace, you will find a comfortable seating area as well as a flat screen TV and a DVD player with international satellite channels.

Bedroom 1: In this room you will find a double bed, a balcony with wonderful sea view, a large wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Bedroom 2: In this room you will find two single beds, a balcony with beautiful sea view, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, an air conditioner, a bathroom and a toilet.

Bedroom 3: This room has a double bed, a balcony with a magnificent sea view, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, an air conditioner, a bathroom with an bath tub and a toilet.

Bedroom 4: In this room you will find two single beds, a balcony with beautiful sea view, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, an air conditioner, a bathroom and a toilet.

Bedroom 5: This room has a double bed, a balcony with a great sea view, a wardrobe, a Jacuzzi, a bedside table, a dressing table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet. It also has access to the spectacular terrace with a private jacuzzi.

Pool dimensions: 14,5 meters x 5.50 meters, 1.55 meters depth.

Note: The Swimming pool is heatable . The heating is subject to a charge and will be invoiced at TL 2000 per week.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
