Villa Amy, located in Kalkan Akbel, has a comfortable and stylish design that will make you feel at home right from the start. The villa is particularly suitable for conservative families because it is completely protected from view.

There are a total of six bedrooms with bathrooms. There are five bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen, dining area and lounge merge into one another in the open living area.

On the ground floor of the villa, the spacious living area, equipped with a comfortable seating area and LED TV with satellite reception, offers great views of the pool terrace and the bay with the islands in front of it. The fully equipped American kitchen is also attached to the open plan living area.

Swimming Pool: measures 9.0 x 4.0 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. A non-swimmer area is also attached to this pool.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hairdryer, dressing table, bathroom, balcony with sea view ( is connected to the 2nd bedroom by a door ).

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
