Our holiday home is in any case the right choice for the whole family. The central location in Kalkan-Ortaalan and the exclusive equipment including an elevator make the stay in the villa an unforgettable experience. The quietly situated but not isolated villa accommodates up to 8 people. The Villa Altes 2 has a total of 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
A spacious, comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, open modern kitchen, guest toilet and a dining area for 8 people, invites you to linger.
At the 30qm & 1,60m deep Infinity-Pool with view on olive groves comfortable sunbeds invite you to relax. The outdoor dining area for 8 people also offers BBQ pleasure in the open air.
The villa is one of a total of six identical objects and has been exclusively brokered by our agency since its completion in 2019.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC. Access to a large terrace with sea and mountain views.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC. Access to a large terrace with sea and mountain views.
Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.
Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.
Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
If you need a transfer or a rental car, we are happy to help. Also for directions, we are at your disposal.
