Villa Afsana is a modern 4-bedroom villa with spectacular views of Kalkan Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. Featuring a private infinity pool and modern décor, the Villa offers luxurious indoor and outdoor accommodation. The Object is located in the popular area of ​​Kömürlük, just a 10 to 12-minute walk from the Old Town of Kalkan.

Villa Afsana is in one of the most popular areas of Kalkan, an elegant and attractive area called Kömürlük. With a rooftop terrace and an enviable view of the sea and the mountains.

Ground floor:
The ground floor has a stunning open plan living, dining and kitchen area with panoramic views and vaulted ceilings. The living area is minimalist yet comfortable.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an electric oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a gas stove and a dining table.
The living area has a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an iPod dock.

The entire floor is equipped with full-size windows, which flood the house with light and the view of the sea. The cool whites and creams in the interior create a tranquil atmosphere to relax.
The first of the four bedrooms is located on this floor. It is a twin room with en-suite shower room (two single beds in this room, a double bed on request). This room offers a view of the terrace.

First floor:
The master bedroom (with king size bed) is located on this floor. This bedroom is about 40 square meters and has an independent whirlpool with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. This bedroom has a private shower room, a separate dressing room and a private balcony with sea views.

Second floor:
This floor houses the remaining two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with a shower and a dressing area. This bedroom can be configured with a double or twin beds.

The second bedroom on this floor has a private shower room and a dressing area. This bedroom also has a king size bed.

The bedrooms have sea and mountain views.

Both bedrooms have access to the roof terrace of the villa, which extends over the entire width of the villa. This is a perfect location from which to enjoy the magnificent scenery and Kalkan’s special light.

The villa has a large infinity pool and dining area, plus terraces with large sunbeds and BBQ facilities.

The center of Kalkan can be reached along the coastal road in 10-12 minutes. Popular beaches are located just below the villas and are within walking distance. Here you can enjoy an excellent lunch, water sports or just be pampered by the sun.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.
