Villa Adalar is one of our luxurious rental villas with 4 suite bedrooms for up to 8 persons and is located in Kalkan-Kalamar. The property is equipped in modern style with comfortable furniture.
In our villa with private pool, fitness center, pool billiards and table tennis you can spend your dream vacation without any worries.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen you will find a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table etc.

Living area: There is air conditioning satellite receiver, TV, DVD player, seating area. From the living area, ceiling-high doors lead to the pool terrace.
On the roof of the villa there is a spacious viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area there is a seating area, a table and chairs.

A crib, a high chair and a shared toilet are also on disposal.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, hair dryer, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing-table, hair-dryer, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC. Access to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC. Access to the pool terrace.

Dimensions swimming pool: 8 meters x 4 meters, depth: 1,70 meters. There is a shallow area and a whirlpool.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
