Our luxurious Villa Spectre is located in Kalkan-Kalamar and is only 5 minutes by car from the center. The unique views from all rooms, balconies, the private pool garden and the roof terrace of this modern vacation home will make your stay a memorable one. The property accommodates quite a generous ten people in five en-suite bedrooms with sea views and has a 40 sqm private swimming pool. On the first floor of the villa there is an American kitchen and a large, bright living area with sea and nature views.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
