Our holiday home in Kalkan-Islamlar welcomes you with 4 bedrooms, a private swimming pool and private bathroom in each room.
The villa was rated by the Sunday Times as one of five villas in Turkey that made it into the list of “100 sexiest Summer Villas in Europe”. It is situated on a hill with a fantastic view of nature. The surroundings of the villa are ideal for hiking.
Living room: In the open, spacious living area you will find comfortable seating, a large screen TV, an American kitchen for your private cooking pleasure and a dining area.
The ceiling-high glass doors allow the warm Mediterranean light to flow unhindered into the spacious living area and provide a view of nature and the pool terrace.
Kitchen: The large, spacious and modern open plan kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, etc.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. Access to a large terrace with sea and mountain views.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. Access to a large terrace with sea and mountain views.
Pool dimensions: 11 m x 5 m, Depth: 1,60 m
Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 2.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.
Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 15:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
